Our focus is to Procure Raw Materials, Purchased Parts, Capital Equipment, MRO Supplies and Services from Partners who practice a Quality Process of Continuous Improvement, who provide us with Quality Products and Responsive Service with Fair and Competitive Pricing. Procurement Policy

It is the policy of United Solar Ovonic to provide opportunities for minority enterprises to ensure their fair consideration as vendors of our goods and services. In establishing this policy, United Solar Ovonic is recognizing its responsibilities to the communities that it serves and the society in which it conducts its business. The use of minority business enterprises must be a function of our routine purchasing procedures. No potential supplier will be precluded from consideration on the bases of race, color, religion, sex, age, or national origin. United Solar Ovonic firmly believes that in our free enterprise system every attempt must be made to fully utilize all of our resources.

The term “Minority Business Enterprise” means a business of which minority group members own 51% or the stock of which is owned by minority group members.
